I work with lots of clients requiring vastly different goals - from fat loss, general fitness, contest preparation, strength athletes all with great results. Why gamble? I am a computer graduate who has worked in the Information Technology industry for many years - with my previous role working in an investment bank. With my vast training expertise and the desire to help others achieve their goals, the lure of personal training was just too strong. Personal Achievements
Powerlifting

I am 2x World and 18x British powerlifting champion, who has won titles and broken records at Junior (under 19), under 23 and senior Levels. Powerlifting is a strength sport that includes the three disciplines of squat, bench press and deadlift. During my first year of competing internationally at U/23 level, I placed third in the European Championships and second in the world. From there, I amassed numerous titles and medals at national and international level. Here are links to all my videos.
My best competition lifts are:-
I see far too many people lifting these and other exercises with very poor form, likely to result in injury and ensuring they don't get the gains they desire. Needless to say, if you wish to learn how to perform these lifts safely and with the correct technique I am definitely the guy to help you!

- Bench Press: 227.5kg / 501lbs / 35 stone
- Deadlift: 367.5kg / 808lbs / 57 stone

- I decided to start training to compete in a bodybuilding show in February 2013. By 2017 I've managed to win:-

- 2016 Won WNBF Pro card
- 2016 2x UK titles and Overall titles
- 2015 UK title and Overall title
- 2014 UK title and Overall title

I have always been passionate about keeping fit and training regularly from a young age. Therefore, I have either competed or been involved in activities such as weight-training, cycling, football, rugby and athletics. This has given me a fantastic understanding of how the body works; how to develop and apply cutting-edge fitness & health programs that help my clients.
I entered the 2013 Tough Mudder event - a 12 mile long endurance course designed by the Special Forces, I completed it in a gruelling 2.5 hours.
