Had a great back session with my good friend and top personal trainer Ricky Moore. I haven't been blogging much as there hasn't been much time between personal training 40 clients a week, regularly practising my posing routines, doing my workouts, performing 45 cardio every day as well as feeling like I'm 150 years old on this low calories/carb diet.

Nevertheless, we had a great work out. We started with deadlift and we both repped out 220kg, then moved on to the usual back exercises with lots of negative reps and drop sets for a brutal....but very effective session.
