I'm very happy with an unexpected personal best today on the bench press. I did 170kgx5 a couple of weeks ago, so I was going for 175kgx5 but the weight felt comfortable, so I managed to squeeze out a couple more reps. I'm going to deload for a couple of weeks then I'll give 180kg a try
