Ladies - do you have problems when trying to tone-up your legs and bum? Well this is an excellent and often overlooked exercise.
The starting phase of the lift involve mainly the leg muscles. The lockout phase of the lift requires a strong contraction of glutes or your bum muscles working really hard!
Try it - just keep your butt down, back flat and head up like my client Emma - who did a perfect set of 8 reps with 65kg!
